Tour description:

Visit the Jewish Quarter – known as Josefov or Joseph’s Town – with us! You start by taking a walk from the Wenceslas Square through the Old Town incl. the Old Town Square with famous Astronomical clock and then you enter the former Jewish Quarter at the house where Franz Kafka was born. Your guide will acquaint you with the history of the former ghetto and of the oldest synagogue in Central Europe – the Old New Synagogue. You will tread among the gravestones of the centuries old Jewish Cemetery and visit some of the synagogues that are parts of the extensive and unique Prague Jewish Museum complex. From Jewish Quarter you will continue to the Wenceslas Square Meeting Point where the bus will take you to the O2 arena.

Tour schedule:

10,30 a.m. Departure from Wenceslas Square – 2015 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship Meeting Point
10,30 a.m. - 12,00 p.m. Walk through the Old Town to Jewish Quarter
12,00 p.m. - 01,30 p.m. Visit of the Jewish Quarter ( the Old New Synagogue, Jewish Cemetary and Museum)
01,30 p.m. - 02,00 p.m. Walk to the Wenceslas Square – 2015 IIHF World Ice Hockey Championship Meeting Point
02,00 p.m. Transfer by bus to the O2 arena
02,30 p.m. End of Tour (FAN ZONE O2 arena)
